There are four types of magic spells: Commonality, Spiritual, Mental and Alteration. To store a spell to
use later you need to have a relic (relic, symbol or figurine) and perform the ritual mystic weave on it. Then you can
fill it with whichever spell you like.
To use a relic you must IDENTIFY the relic three times, doing so will give you important information about the spell
held in the relic. Then INVOKE the relic and CAST. Some spells are cast on yourself and some are cast on others.
You can MEASURE the relic to get an idea of how many spells are held inside it.

To use a magic wand, scepter or staff you must hold the item in one hand and a relic filled with the spell you want in
