The first thing I would suggest for learning acrobatics is to set your stance to roll. This helps you avoid physical
attacks while in combat.
You can also do flips, cartwheels, backflips (FLIP BACK), somersaults and handstands. At the gymnasium
in the Firm Physique there are balance beams, pommel vault, rings, uneven bars, trampoline, and floor mats, too.
